Dr. Joyce Koh grew up in the northwest suburbs of Illinois and attended Glenbrook North High School. She received her Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2000, graduating with honors. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 2005. She earned her Pediatric Dentistry specialty certificate along with her master’s degree in oral science in 2008 from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry.

She is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a member of the Chicago Dental Society, American Dental Association, Illinois Society of Pediatric Dentists, the College of Diplomates of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
